Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elevate GTM Solutions™ platform, website, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Elevate provides a software platform designed to generate, structure, and visualize go-to-market strategies, outputs, and insights.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

3. Free Trial

Elevate may provide limited trial access. Trial access may require execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), is time-limited (typically seven (7) days unless otherwise specified), may be revoked at any time at our discretion, and does not guarantee continued service availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to replicate the Services
• Attempt to extract prompts, logic, or proprietary frameworks
• Share access credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use the Services to create competing products or services
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, outputs, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Elevate. You retain ownership of information you input into the platform, but grant Elevate the right to process it to provide and improve the Services.

6. Confidentiality

Certain platform materials may be subject to an NDA. Where an NDA applies, it governs the handling of confidential information.

7. No Warranty

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or suitability for any specific business decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or revenue, business interruption, or reliance on strategy outputs. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid for the Services, if any.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party infrastructure or integrations. Elevate is not responsible for failures of third-party services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, security risks arise, or trial access expires.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
